Our Disneyland Vacation

Our Disneyland Trip was a success! We had a great family Vacation together.

The weather was perfect! About 72-78 degrees. Beautiful!

We spent 4 days there with our family, Jennifer and her family and Jim and Monika.

Brooklyn went absolutely crazy with all the Mickey and Goofy stuff around!

The Christmas and night decorations were really neat. We enjoyed the fireworks and the parades.

We enjoyed the new Toy Story ride that they put in California Adventure. That was the highlight. We rode on it 5 times. (You must go early to avoid lines!)

Some of the rides were too big for the girls, so we would stop and snack while we waited.

On Wednesday December 10th we celebrated Paige's 10th Birthday. We enjoyed a cake decorating afternoon with Minnie and Mickey.

This was a fun celebration. Paige loved the attention. She wore a button that we got at City Hall for her birthday. People were constantly wishing her a Happy Birthday.

Toy Story 3D Mania Ride. Don't we look cool!

Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners were all very eventful with the four kids and some characters!

We spent one of the evenings together watching the Pixar Parade in California Adventure. Because of the differnce of ages and interest...we weren't with everyone all the time. But when we were together, the kids had a lot of fun.

Who's up for swimming in December?! We sure were. The weather was awesome and the kids soaked it all in. I think that was one of their favorite things!

I sure hope you don't get sick on the teacups.

We went on Splash Mountain about 5 times. The kids liked that. They also liked all the shops in Downtown Disney. Brooklyn especially.

ToonTown was our last stop on Thursday afternoon. It was crowded, but the kids had fun. Paige was a little bored. She loved the much bigger rides like Thunder Mountain, Soarin', and Screamin'! She is my adventure girl for sure.

Brooklyn absolutely love the Goofy Piano. She played it for about 15 minutes and would fight off anyone who tried to join in.

Kaitlyn loved Minnies house again
Time to go....We had a Blast.

Las Vegas Weekend Trip

We went to Las Vegas for a convention for Steve's Work. So I went along for fun. It was the first time I had ever been to Las Vegas. It was fun to be together.
But, it's true...unless you gamble, smoke or drink...there is not a lot there. It was very busy and very smoke-filled.

I enjoyed taking my new camera out for a spin with the night lights. That was fun!

We saw Paris, New York, and the Fountains at the Ballagio. I really like to watch that!

We took a Gondola ride at the Venitian. We were serenaded all the while.

Time to go!

We are all so excited...Adam finally learned to ride his bike!

He was so proud of himself. He loves to go outside and ride now. Thank goodness.

Adam is 7 1/2 years old

The focused look on his face was great.

Oh...so sweet! (Don't let the picture fool you!)

Here are three of my monkeys in the tree.

It's that time again...leaf raking..How fun!

This is me and Kaitlyn going down a very steep slide.

She picked her own pumpkin. She was so proud of it.

Kaitlyn had a Field trip for her pre-school at the Black Island Farms.

Don't Forget to Vote!

We went to our family Halloween party as John McCain and Sarah Pailin.
It was a very fun night.
We got some great reactions.

Brooklyn loves to help me cook.

The kids made a very small snowman.

We came back from Hawaii...and snow welcomed us it seemed...YUCK!
