Christmas Time!!

We kicked off the Season with a Teeples Family Party at our house. We had part of the family there. We were missing two of my sisters and their families and my brother and his family.
My mom came up and brought a lot of the food and had thought out a great program reminding us why we really celebrate the season. It was a perfect party!

Then on Christmas Eve we went to Jim and Monikas house (The in-laws house) and celebrated German Style. Good food, gifts, music, Nativity program and German chocolate Plates. The kids look forward to those!!!

Brooklyn, Paige, Adam, Kaitlyn, Matthew and Mark

The program the kids put on of the Nativity, was less than spiritual. "Pregnant Kaitlyn" was in pain, Adam was looking for the sign in the sky, Matthew, Shepherd, was not too excited to be there, and Paige, playing the part of the sheep, kept on getting petted by the un-casted left overs.
We, as parents could hardly keep a straight face.

Brooklyn actually stood still long enough for me to capture her looking at the baby Jesus. I thought it was sweet.

Christmas Day was fun and Nice. It was probably one of our best. It was simple and we had fun together all day long. We did puzzles and played new Wii games.

I got art work that I loved!!

Brooklyn was happy with anything Mickey or Minnie.

Adam thought he'd hit gold when he got Wii lightsaver attachments.

And who would have thought a box would make someone so happy?!

Kaitlyn was happy with all of it!!!

Even Steve was pleasantly surprised with an unexpected gift of a Lap top desk.

Disneyland 2009

We went to Disneyland the first week of December and had a fun time. The kids had no idea that we were even going! We surprised them the night before we left in a fun Family Home Evening Lesson. It went by real fast. But we took about 900 pictures. I won't bore you that much. Here are just a couple of my 24 scrapbook pages from the trip.

Winter Months

I actually bought Steve a snow blower for Christmas, but it didn't come until his Birthday. However, the timing was great. It snowed the day it came. He loves it. Unfortunately, I can't wait for the snow to disappear!!

We celebrated Steve's Birthday on Sunday, at home and then later at his parents house. He is the big 39 this year. Boy do I love this guy more every year!

We spent Christmas Eve with Steve's side of the family. It was really fun. Then Christmas Day we spent at home. Boy was it a great Christmas. The kids are all at very magical, fun ages.

Kaitlyn wanted her hair fancy for Christmas Eve. I shot a few pictures down in the studio.

As usual we have a small Christmas dinner with the Underwoods and the kids exchange presents. They had a ball together. They are all growing up so fast!
We went spent some time at Christmas with the Teeples side. We had a great time eating,
playing, and nativity-ing.

We went to Temple Square one night with Steve's Sister Jennifer and her family.
It was cold and the kids were tired, and it was very crowded. But it's always really nice to see.
